Welcome to The Pro Dish a place created for people who are tired of searching endlessly for high-protein recipes that actually fit their goals.

The idea for The Pro Dish began with a simple frustration.

Our Story

Hi, I’m Samantha Jenkins, and like many people trying to eat healthier, I spent countless hours searching the internet for high-protein recipes. What I found was overwhelming recipes that were hard to follow, didn’t match my taste, or completely ignored calories, macros, and real-life needs.

I knew I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way.

So, together with my two close friends Amanda Taves and Tracy Spice, a certified dietitian we decided to build something better.

That’s how The Pro Dish was born.

Why The Pro Dish Exists

Our goal is simple: to make finding the right high-protein recipes easy for everyone.

We believe that no one should have to jump between dozens of websites or feel confused just to find a meal that fits their protein and calorie needs. Whether you’re new to healthy eating, tracking macros, or simply want a satisfying high-protein meal, The Pro Dish is designed with you in mind.
